I enjoy supporting people in moments of transition, or reimagining phases of their lives.  When the plans may still feel misty, but almost tangible to your fingertips. Helping you figure out what might be standing in your way - or which way you want to go! Together, we’ll uncover what might be holding you back, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop a plan to move forward. This process might involve peeling back layers of social conditioning, reconnecting with your authentic self, and learning to give yourself space to breathe and dream freely about your future.

We’ll use both logical tools (Coaching’s framework) and creative processes (Process art-making) to tap into your full potential. The focus isn't on the artistic outcome, but on the meditative, exploratory process itself. Even if the result is a messy, muddy puddle—it's all part of the journey. It’s about connecting with your inner wisdom, gaining new insights, and grounding yourself in your own truth.
