What is process art?

In process art we are holding space for you to explore and experience shifts in consciousness , through simple art processes.

We use wet on wet watercolors, soft chalk pastels, charcoal, clay, pencil - all maleable, movable and forgiving materials.

The emphasis is on the time spent with the medium, vs the outcome of the picture/clay work/ creation.

Allowing intuition and freedom from defined parameters unfold, into a time spent immersed in art.

Gently observing judgements, and practicing letting them go.

Noticing the polarities within ourselves - our light and dark sides.

Guidance into the process could be through story telling, visual or writing prompts, textural experiences, mediation,

or movement to name a few.

Giving yourself time for daydreams and mind wandering.

Learn to play again as an adult.

Moving from the verbal processing part of your brain, into the creative, sensory, intuitive regions of the brain, experiencing shifts in consciousness and self judgement.
